Free webinar to discuss healthy benefits of coffee
Studies show coffee can extend life, reduce diseases
There’s no wonder why coffee is the second most consumed beverage in America next to water. The most recent study on coffee by the New England Journal of Medicine shows that it can extend your life and lower your chances of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer.
“For the Love of Coffee,” a free webinar exploring the health benefits of coffee, will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, via Zoom. Attendees will learn the top five benefits of coffee, how to keep their coffee healthy and doctor approved, and why coffeeshops are so popular, especially among millennials.
Millennials are drinking the most coffee from coffee shops than any other generation. Studies also show that lattes are their favorite coffee drink to purchase. The webinar will discuss how to make lattes and iced coffees healthier to maximize the benefits of coffee, as well as delve into the intentional designs of coffee shops to attract young people.
The host, Kimberly Harrington, will talk about her own personal love affair with coffee and how she responded when her doctor recently advised that she cut back on caffeine. The program will also include a medical professional to take questions from attendees.
Harrington is director of media relations for a college in Winston-Salem, NC, and is a public relations consultant. She is pursuing her graduate degree in public relations from Full Sail University.
Grab your favorite coffee drink and join the 30-minute webinar that will make coffee lovers feel less guilty about that second – or third – cup of joe.
